Our approach for all deployment activities is to create a series of detailed documents which the service desk and engineers use to run the onsite activities. The source of the documentation is drawn from the customer’s own documentation combined with in-house processes and procedures.

Project management
SmartCIC takes a solution provider approach to work with customers to identify and leverage related business change opportunities rather than to simply focus on equipment delivery and installation.
On completion of the due diligence a Statement of Work (SoW) will be generated covering the required migration project scope and responsibilities. On approval of the SoW the project will commence.

Project Governance
Large and/or complex projects are managed and governed via SmartCIC Project Teams. Our project team comprise a board director, senior project director, senior network engineer and service delivery managers, Prince 2 qualified.
